Does anyone have any thoughts on different ways of direct investing in small oil companies?

Are you asking how to go about finding venture capitol money, or how to invest money yourself in companies besides through the stock market?

Are you familiar with companies that trade OTC?

Hi Ray,

I was thinking more along the lines of working interests and other methods of getting involved directly with the company. Any ideas about the advantages and disadvantages of investments like this?

Check out the Houston Chronicle. Tom Fowler and the other writers and bloggers there are as connected to small oil interest in this country then anyone. Send him a message and post on the blogs there and you might be surprised at the responses you get.
